Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to services provided by Master Marble Granite Flooring Corp. ("Master Marble," "we") and to use of mastermarblegranite.us. Your signed estimate or contract is part of these terms; if they conflict, the signed document controls.
1. Services
We fabricate and install countertops and other stone pieces, install natural stone, porcelain, and tile flooring and walls, and perform stone restoration. Plumbing, electrical, and cabinet work are not included unless stated in writing and, where required, are performed by appropriately licensed trades.
2. Estimates
- Estimates are free, written, and valid for 30 days.
- Countertop estimates are based on approximate measurements; the final amount is confirmed after digital templating. Any change of more than 5% will be explained and approved by you before fabrication.
- Flooring estimates assume a sound, reasonably flat substrate. Additional leveling, crack repair, or demolition found necessary will be quoted before work proceeds.
3. Deposits and payment
- A deposit, stated in your contract, is due to reserve materials and schedule work.
- The balance is due on completion of installation.
- Ownership of fabricated pieces transfers to you on full payment.
4. Natural stone characteristics
Natural stone varies in color, veining, pitting, and fissures, and may differ from samples or photos. These are natural characteristics, not defects. You are encouraged to view and approve your actual slabs before fabrication. Once you approve the slab and seam layout, the material and layout cannot be changed without additional cost.
5. Your responsibilities
- Have cabinets installed, level, and secured before templating.
- Have sinks, faucets, and appliance specifications available at templating.
- Provide clear access, a working water and power supply, and a safe work area.
- Disconnect or arrange disconnection of plumbing and appliances unless we've agreed to coordinate it.
6. Schedule
We confirm templating and installation dates in writing. Delays caused by material supply, weather for outdoor work, or site readiness may shift dates; we'll notify you promptly. If your site isn't ready on a confirmed date, a return-trip charge may apply as stated in your contract.
7. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 2 years from installation, covering seams, adhesion, leveling, and cracked or loose tile caused by installation. Manufacturer warranties for quartz, porcelain, and setting materials pass through to you. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, heat, improper cleaning products, structural movement or settlement, plumbing leaks, or work by others.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under Florida law.
9. Complaints and disputes
Contact support@mastermarblegranite.us or call (954) 438-5927. We respond within one business day and provide a written resolution within 10 business days. If a dispute isn't resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation in Broward County, Florida before filing suit, except for small claims matters.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law, with venue in Broward County, Florida.
